Shared Home: Large Master Suite - Available Soon!

Location: Scottsdale - Near 78th street & Mountain View

Rent is “all-inclusive” (utilities & full complement of household necessities). Ideally looking to get $1,900/mo (might consider coming down a hair or two for the right person). The room comes unfurnished (some furnishing can be made available).

Please… No Smokers as all occupants are smoke-free (and allergic)
NOTE: There are 2 cats & 2 birds - NO MORE ANIMALS (we really can’t accept anymore).

The home is a little older but well maintained. 2,500+ sq.ft. 4 bed, 2 bath Our home is nice, comfortable, and adequately furnished & decorated throughout.

Master Suite Specs:

• 16’ x 13’ (with double door entryway - outside this space).
• Dressing area is 5’ x 8’8“
• 2 closets, a large sliding closet off the vanity area, and a walk-in off the dressing area (6’8“ x 8’)
• Double bowl vanity, double medicine cabinets
• Water closet w/ sunken shower
• Features a large window facing the back yard (under a shaded patio area) and full-sized sliding glass doors offering private access to the back patio

There is a full 1-month security deposit, application (with $30 application fee), and background check.

Move-in is somewhat flexible - minimum 6-month lease (prefer longer)

The other 3 rooms are occupied by 3 educated gentlemen (from mid 40’s to mid 50’s), each of whose priority is their career, and work ample hours, including evenings & weekends - so the “traffic” through the house is noticeably nominal. No challenges getting to the kitchen as we either meal prep, eat out/take-in or we may prepare shared “house” meals.
