Single bedroom available - room comes unfurnished. We have a washer/dryer in unit. Share a tandem parking space. Central AC!! Dishwasher. You have your own bathroom. We get great natural lighting and sunset views. Room is probably best for someone who doesn’t work from home.
Must be okay with dogs
Looking for someone who is clean in the common spaces, chill. Landlord is looking for stable income and a 650 credit score.
My roommate will be taking the rug, dining room table and TV with her, so if you have any of those items - that’s great. Will be replacing in May if not.
About the roomies
About me: Late 20s, WFH most days of the week. Spend my free time camping, going out to shows/movies, going to Dodger games, volunteering. Love hosting friends over for dinner or movie nights.
