I’m renting out the second room. A two bedroom apartment on a month to month basis .. It’s a Two bedroom and two bathroom in Columbia ; the room is well furnished.. so it’s a move in with a personal stuffs only … No furniture needed. It used to be an air b n b room but Open to having a Working Female who needs a space to stay while go to work … The second room is occupied by me and my daughter. Room is renting for 1000 with a 300 refundable deposit. Background check would be done; Last 6 months pay stubs; government issued id required and rent is collected 1st of every month. It’s a renewable month to month depending on my decision to renew.

The second room is occupied by my daughter and I . she goes to school everyday from 7 am - 7pm and goes to baby sitter for the weekend. I currently work from home.
