The area has a beautiful community pool, grocery and popular convenience stores are 5 minutes away.This is a quiet neighborhood and Black Hills Park and lake is only a 10 minute drive. There is no assigned parking and plenty of parking. The room is fully furnished. Includes a Twin size bed, desk, chair and shared storage space. You will have a private bathroom with shower.
