The room for rent is located on the 2nd floor. It is in Neptune Township off of Asbury Avenue, (NJ Transit 832 bus stop is one block away); 2 miles from Asbury Park boardwalk. Fully furnished. Bedroom includes double door closet, full sized bed with mattress, night stand, clothes dresser. The rent includes use of three full newer shared bathrooms, newer shared kitchen with newer Samsung appliances: natural gas stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator that makes filtered water, and ice cubes, crushed ice, and a dishwasher. Nice size backyard with deck and privacy fence. Also includes the use of the newer Whirlpool washer and dryer in a separate laundry room. Fully furnished dining room and living room is also accessible. The rent includes free high speed WiFi Verizon FIOS Intenet, central air conditioning for cool summer; central heat for warm winter, water, sewer, free broadcast cable TV (31 channels included) with connector on the wall (just connect your coaxial cable to your TV) ; and free three car shared driveway.
