About the room
1200 sq/ft townhome in southern Crestview. Very close to both 85 & I-10. Room is partially furnished with queen-size mattress & box spring. Rate is $600/month with 50/50 split on utilities; not including Wi-Fi. Would prefer to screen in-person once/twice prior to moving; FaceTime at least.
About the roomies
Single male w/dog. He is a Chinese Shar-Pei who sheds extensively. Partially the reason for seeking a roommate is I need assistance with his care; as I have serious medical issues of my own pending & can work some pretty extensive hours periodically. Need assistance with basic day to day house maintenance/clean-up & keeping dog company. Nothing extensive.
