The Pasadena 3 bed 2 bath 1500 sq ft house is just 5-10 minutes away from CalTech, Pasadena City College and JPL. It is located in a quiet safe neighborhood with plenty of street parking. Commons areas such as the living room and kitchen will be shared. Additionally, the household includes an in-unit washer/dryer. Room is available to move-in right now for the right person.

Close to amenities including Target, Whole Foods, Trader Joes, LA Fitness, Home Depot, Best Buy, Ross, Nordstrom Rack, Old Town, Westfield Santa Anita Mall, AMC Movie Theater.
