Hi! I’m 26 and a CSULB alum with a degree in Computer Science. I manage the place but don’t live there full-time, as I travel back and forth out of state. While I’m away, my brother helps manage the house and takes care of things like the yard and fruit trees.

My brother is 28 and studying biochemistry, and we also have two roommates — one is a working professional and the other is a CSULB student studying biology.
