This is a 5bd and 2 bathroom 2,104 sqft house next to the Lakewood shopping center. There is a brand new laundry room equipped with a new washer and dryer. The kitchen has a brand new refrigerator and stove with an oven. The second bathroom was completely remodeled in March with beautiful tiling and a new sink. I am 22 years old and a student at CSULB studying Computer Science. I spend my weekdays studying at school, cooking at home, going to the gym or playing xbox with my friends as downtime.
