We are a friendly family of two, one adult and a teen getting ready to go off to college. We live in a friendly, beautiful, quiet, and extremely safe neighborhood in Antioch. Close by shopping centers, walking trails, gym, public transportation (bus and Bart), coffee, and hospitals. We do have a large backyard with lots of street parking. About the room, I have a private bedroom on the first floor of a large home. We are renting a private bedroom and bathroom/shower. We are looking for someone who enjoys living in a clean well-kept home, and that will clean up after themselves. The room is available to someone who is responsible, a working professional, or a student (sorry no couples).
