About the room
COLLEGE FEMALES ONLY This is a sublease of a bedroom and bathroom in a 4×4 meaning you would have 3 roommates and you pretty much need to be a student. Girls only & no pets (already 1 dog here). Lease would only be until July 31st 2022 but you could get on the waitlist for the following lease. Room is furnished with bed frame, mattress, desk, chair, and dresser. Walk in closet, full kitchen with dishwasher, washer and dryer in unit. Room potentially available earlier just message me and we can talk about it.
Rent is $659 utilities included! There is an electricity cap but I have never paid more than $30 and it is usually way lower than that if not $0. There is a $50 applicatiom fee. Please message me with any questions or to set up a visit
About the roomies
Roommates are 3 girls and a dog. They are super sweet I’ve known them for 3 years they are great.
