LOOKING FOR A ROOMMATE BUT OPEN TO RE-LEASING OR SHORT TERM ROOMMATE (As long as you’ll help me look for your replacement.)

It’s a two bed/one bath duplex but it’s pretty spacious, out of sight, and in a quite neighborhood. Total rent is $975 but I pay $500 of that. Utilities are 50/50 and we pay internet, gas, and electricity. You’re more than welcome to use any of my things in the common area as long as you replace it if you break it. And we’d share a bathroom but all the storage is split and you’d have your own sink and I do all my makeup and skincare in my room so it’ll be free most of the time. I’m also more than happy to make way in the house for anything you’d like to put in the common areas. There is also an outdoor storage closet and you’d have covered parking unless you have a truck bigger than mine. The yard is small, but if you read below about me you’ll see why that isn’t a problem. It’s in a midway point between Blinn and A&M 2 minutes from the HEB on Villa Maria.

I’m a 25 year old full time at home worker/full time mostly online student with a cat and dog. Both are well behaved and neither are really bad on allergies but fair warning they love to cuddle. If you bring a dog in I’m more than happy to take him/her on any of our walks/runs and I do playtime and training with my dog periodically throughout the day your dog could join in on as well. I go out at night for work and social activities a lot but rarely bring anyone home and unless I ask if your okay with me leaving him, I’ll more than likely be taking my dog with me. I’m trying to get into hiking and camping with my dog and like working out and playing sports. Also, I really love a good night in for movie or game night. I enjoy being social and need my personal time so I’m happy to hang out or leave you alone. I love to organize, clean, and study/research so let me know if you need help! I’m really just looking for someone respectful, communicative about issues, and relatively clean. I’m fine with recreational usage as long as I can’t smell it.
