Large and charming home in a quiet neighborhood next to O’Kane park in Lakewood. 15 minutes from downtown Denver, the house has a large kitchen with all the appliances, a new AC system and heat system, and a fenced back yard. The bedroom + attached bonus room and bathroom for rent is approximately 750 square feet, with a shared kitchen upstairs. It is a basement level unit with several windows and is fully carpeted with tons of built in storage and closet space. There is a private bathroom on the same level with a shower, across from the bedroom.

MONTH TO MONTH ONLY. UP TO 6 MONTHS WITH POSSIBILITY TO EXTEND.

Theres additional space for storage in the kitchen, and closest located in the lower space. No garage storage unless negotiated.

We are looking for someone (preferably a female) or a couple to sign a sublet, month to month lease. Must disclose all pets or service animals! I have a four year old beagle and would love to have the dogs meet :) Unfortunately there is a no cats policy on the lease.

Hi! It’s my partner and I and our 25 pound dog, a beagle. We are situated in the upstairs rooms and are clean, respectful, and love to spend time outdoors on the weekends. We are in our mid-20’s and early-30’s. I work an hybrid job in the arts and my partner works with plants and aquatics, also hybrid style. We are relatively quiet people who do not host large parties. We are always outdoors on the weekends - hiking, camping, fishing, kayaking, etc. We’d love to grab drinks, go on pet hikes, or spend time outside with our new roomies. If you prefer your privacy and space that’s totally great too!
