Hi everyone!

I’m looking to have someone take over my lease at my downtown apartment. It’s a 2x1, the area is very quiet but also close to all the fun of downtown. Parking is street parking, but the facility also offers onsite (covered and non-covered) parking.

My roommate is very sweet, super clean, and super friendly. She’s a graduate student, usually spends most of her day studying or at clinicals, super easy to talk to. Is looking for a FEMALE roommate only, preferably a grad student or working professional.
