The largest room in the apartment is available. This room has the most light and a small office space attached to the room, with its own entrance door to the stairs. The apartment is on the third and top floor. There is street parking available through the city of Cambridge, and utilities (gas, electric, and wifi) is separate from rent (when my current roommate and I split utilities its approximately $150 each).

This is only a 2 bedroom and it would be myself and whoever is moving in!

Hi! I’m a 24 year old female currently living in East Cambridge a few blocks from Lechmere station on the green line, and CambridgeSide mall. I consider myself very clean and respectful of common spaces and am looking for someone who feels the same. On a usual weeknight I typically go to bed before 11pm and like to go out to bars with friends on the weekends! I am interested in a roommate with similar schedules in terms on noise level, activity, and especially cleanliness . For fun I love taking care of my house plants, walking the esplanade and binge watching new girl.
