Private room, shared bath, big backyard, screened backporch, you may use any appliances in kitchen, laundry machines, and garage for storage if needed. I have 2 cats who are well behaved.

I am easy going and also in the military. I am neat, but not a neat freak. I do not mind having people over as long as they respect the house.
