Apt complex is gated after 9pm and called “Gables Montecito” - floor plan is Verona. The area is pretty and the complex includes: Package Service, Business Center, Fitness Center, 2 Pools, Playground, Basketball Court, and Tennis Court.

I already have fiber internet & wifi installed. Rent includes valet trash, water, and pest. I would ask for a $500 security and the leasing office requires $100 for admin fees to background check.
