I’m looking for a roommate to move into my apartment ASAP! Industrial / modern apartment in downtown Lexington. 2 bed, 2 bath. Wonderful location. Also close to campus.

You will have your own private bedroom and bathroom. The bedroom is mostly furnished, but feel free to bring whatever you’d like. The living area and kitchen that we’ll share are already furnished. Washer and dryer in unit. Access to furnished rooftop patio.

Rent is $900/month, plus utilities, which consists of electricity and internet.
