Non smoker preferred, yes that includes “420”, looking for someone that’s considerate, “Clean”, who’s not going to be in and out at all hours of the night or looking to have overnight guests frequently, being perfectly honest I just don’t want that kind of traffic in and out of my home and Most importantly because I have a 12yr old son that stays with me occasionally, who’s friendly and sociable, so someone that’s sociable & engaging is definitely a Plus, he’s a Dedicated video gamer lol.

$600 to move in, then “$480 a month”, Amenities: ALL Utilities Included, Premium Cable and Wi-Fi is both “FREE”!! The room is “Fully furnished” with a flat screen 65 tv, dresser, bed and AC unit, laundry room on premises, off street parking available, public transportation @ corner, shopping mall just 1 traffic light away.
