About the room
Hello! I am currently moving out of my apartment and we are looking for someone to take over the room. It is a 1 Bedroom (not furnished) and own bathroom in a 2 bed apart at Mission Club. Great location near International Drive, quick access to all main interstate freeways/toll roads.
Medium size room with large closest and large bathroom. The complex has amenities such as a pool, gym, mailbox, and dog park.
Monthly rent includes the following - Room ($834.50) Internet ($44.50) Valet Trash And Pest Fees ($26) Water And Sewer Usage ($20 Approx)
Does not include electricity but is roughly $40-$50 a month.
Available on 5/14 move in but can do a couple of days before if needed.
About the roomies
My roommate is a great and chill guy, works 4 days a week in the evenings and on weekends. Is clean and keeps himself to himself, but is great company when hanging together.
