This walkout basement has its own entrance and is equipped with a small kitchen. The basement has an area for relaxing, yoga or meditation. If it is activity you seek, there is a rowing machine, rebounder, & 🧘‍♀️mats available for your use.

I am renting this as a room, and not as an apartment. However, the space will feel private as most of my time is spent in the upper level.

Only 20 minutes from downtown. Sprouts grocery store only 10 minutes away. Hiking trails & 🛶 near by.

My home is on 4 acres of property and backs up to the woods. Depending on the time of year you could find blueberries, wildflowers, 🥀, irises, and lots of flowering dogwoods & hydrangeas. A nature lover’s delight.

This space is perfect for a student or professional.

Pets will be considered on a case by case basis. Absolutely no smoking inside or out.

Healthy (vegetarian) and active 56-year-old female. I love the outdoors especially hiking, gardening and kayaking. I am pretty quiet and watch very little TV except some news and Netflix; however, Sometimes like to play music on the Sonos. I am a big animal lover and I have two cats and two dogs.

I love my alone time, but also enjoy conversation over a glass of wine.

I work full-time, sometimes from home. I also teach yoga in the yoga space downstairs.

I am only willing to rent this space out to someone who will be a good fit. Ideal roommate will be conscientious and like-minded. Vegetarian a plus, but not required If you enjoy hiking and kayaking and yoga that is a big plus. Female preferred, but it’s more about the right person than gender.
