Looking for a roommates for a townhouse in Herndon, VA. House is a 4-floor townhouse in a new developing community with easy access to Route 28. The home is a short 10 minutes drive to grocery stores (Food Lion, Giant, H-mart) and a 5 minutes drive to the Innovation Center Metro Station.

Floors: The first floor contains a spacious garage, hardwood floor bedroom (8’11“ X 9’11“) with a full bathroom. The second floor contains common areas including a kitchen, living room, outdoor deck, and powder room. Third floor contains my bedroom, a washer/dryer unit, and a bathroom. Finally, the fourth floor is another bedroom (15’ X 13’9“) with a carpeted floor and full bathroom.

Amenities: As stated above the 3rd floor contains a washer/dryer unit for all residents to use and the second floor has an outdoor deck. This home is a smart home equipped with a Smart Thermostat and Amazon Echo. For security the home is also equipped with a Video DoorBell, Smart Lock, and Smart Garage Door. High speed WiFi and parking spaces are also included.

Rent: The room up for rent is the 4th floor bedroom ($1200/month). Utilities/Bills will be included.

I am a Software Engineer in my mid 20s, currently working from home. I enjoy cooking, gaming, and working on DIY projects.
