2800 sq. ft home. 14’ x 14’ bedroom. Full bath, also is guest bat ( hardly ever have guest) so would expect it clean at all times. Room includes queen size bed, dresser, chest, 2’ x 4’ x 2’ chest, 3’ x 3’ x 5’ chest. TV & internet available ( additional $15.00 TV provided) paddle fan, carpet & one window. One set of sheets and bedspread provided, several sets of sheets. Full bath is tub shower combo, under sink cabinet with two drawers, extra decorative cabinet with 6 drawers. Would expect bathroom clean at all times due to being guest bath ( again rarely have guest.) Use of kitchen, has double oven, side by side refrigerator with bottom freezer ( have use of 1/2) ice and water in door. Eat in kitchen, dishwasher, disposal, large walk in pantry with toaster oven & microwave. Large family room with queen size sofa and love seat, two footstools, wall unit with 65“ TV , electric fireplace, excess to patio with love seat, coffe table & 2 end tables, two tables & chairs, hot tub ( never use considering draining unless roommate wants to use, )55“ TV , DVD player, CD player, Boise sound system, tile floor, charcoal & gas grill two screen doors ( I never use due to cats they love the porch). Inside laundry room with wash sink & cabinets. Has formal living room, formal dining room and den ( never use, show only, den is available at additional cost if needed. Never use front door. Can enter through garage key pad, then laundry room then door into house ( cat safety net) will provide front door key). Split floor plan my bedroom & bath are on opposite side of house with access to patio. Yard & sprinkler are under maintenance plan. Would expect garbage taken out 2 nights a week. Three car garage, all bays are occupied, plenty of parking in 3 car driveway. No overnight parking ing street. Never in yard. Home is located on end of cul de sac with 6 homes. Wi fi through out house. No over night guest unless agreed upon ahead of time. Plenty of lakes and a recreational park close by.

I am a retired General contractor widow. I live by myself. I mainly stay in my bedroom or porch. Seldom cook. Live on protein shakes and yogurt ( lol). Gone sometimes on weekends. Seldom go out as of recently. Have son, daughter in law and grandson semi close by. Grandson 22 years old comes by occasionally as does son and daughter.
