My brother is looking for someone to take over his lease at Beach City. He and his roommate are both moving out for the summer, but they get along great. Their room is a decent size and you can keep his desk and chair if you want. You would also get their bathroom which is in the picture. The rent is $1,010 for his spot, or $2,020 if you want to get his spot and his roommate’s or you have a friend who you want to move in with. Super close to campus and the others guys in the apartment are usually out of town but they’re really chill too, there’s usually only my brother, his roommate and one guy in another room there
