Elle's room

Two furnished bedrooms are available in my contemporary cape-style home as of May 1. Each room has a private, en-suite bathroom. One room is on the ground floor, the other is on the second floor. Please note that photos show decorations of recent housemates and the rooms may not be decorated when you come to view.

You will share the fully-equipped kitchen, living room with cathedral ceilings, big deck and front porch. There’s storage in the basement. The house is in the woods on a private lane, so it’s lovely and quiet.

Each room is $800, including electric, heat, washer/dryer, wifi, and DirectTV in the kitchen. You can have DirectTV in your room for $10 a month + installation fee.

I am a retired but active woman looking for long-term housemates. I have a small puppy but I am allergic to cats, so no cats. We have a warm, friendly and fun home, with occasional house dinners. I’m a writer, play pickleball, enjoy TV and movies, and go out with friends. Please, no music rehearsal at home.
