Looking for a tenant/roommate to take the second bedroom in a corner unit apartment. The apartment is fully furnished with a beautiful unobstructed view of downtown, and rent includes use of all kitchen appliances, a private bedroom with a walk in closet, and a large private bathroom. The complex is less than 5 years old, with a well equipped gym, and beautiful amenities. The complex has a pool, jacuzzi, and large rooftop terrace with grills. It is conveniently located off the blue line, and is within walking distance of Fulton market. Garage parking is available for purchase through the building.

I’ve been in Chicago for a little over a year and always looking for new friends. I’m a social person, and happy both staying in for delivery with a movie or going out to explore the city and have an adventure. I work in consulting, so I tend to have long days and travel every few weeks. When I have the time I like to try new restaurants and activities, explore my creative side, be active, read, and watch movies. Would love to find a roommate who is good at communicating, respectful, and interested in doing things together where we have shared interests.
