Megan's room

A single bedroom and closet with a guest bathroom. Those areas are unfurnished, the shared space of kitchen and living room is furnished. There is a washer / dryer, a full kitchen, a couch and tv in the common area and a space in the fridge with your name of it.

I live by myself with a month to month contract that can be terminated with 20 day notice. I have lived on my own for over two years and have maintained it well with a healthy lifestyle and quiet neighbors. When it comes to roommates I tend to keep to myself to prevent any issues in the living space, although I am very much an Ambivert. With respectful individuals who give common courtesy, most things don’t bother me, we could always come to a mutual agreement if issues arise.
