I have a bedroom available in this completely renovated (in 2021) spacious 2 bedroom, 1 shared bath condo. There’s plenty of natural light, making the space feel bright and inviting. Conveniently located just 5 minutes from I95 and Brickell, with ample safe street parking.

Inside the unit, you’ll find modern amenities, including a washer and dryer for added convenience. The kitchen boasts granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a brand new stove, perfect for preparing meals.

The common areas, including the living room, dining area, and den, are furnished for comfort and functionality, providing a cozy space to relax and unwind after a long day. All you’ll need to bring is furniture for your bedroom, allowing you to personalize your own space within the home.

As for utilities, internet and electricity typically cost around $270 per month, which we will split evenly.

Lease Details: This is a one-year lease, starting from May 9, 2024, through May 8, 2025. However, there may be an opportunity to sublet in April, providing flexibility if needed.

To move in, you will need to provide the following: First month’s rent, Last month’s rent. A security deposit equal to one month’s rent (The security deposit will be returned at the end of the lease term, assuming no damages to the unit.)

The Condominium Association requires all tenants to fill out an “Application for Occupancy.” They will conduct a background check and credit report to ensure compliance with their regulations.

Hey, I’m Grace. I’m a shift lead at Starbucks and a licensed cosmetologist. Some days I have to rise as early as 3:45 am to open at Starbucks. Alongside my busy schedule, I share my space with two adorable kittens.

I’m not one for big parties, but occasionally I may have a friend over for some downtime.

I’m a bit particular when it comes to keeping our shared spaces clean and tidy. I make it a habit to wash dishes promptly to avoid clutter in the sink or on the counter. Keeping the bathroom neat after use is also important to me, and I hope we can both commit to maintaining this standard.

While I’m not one to throw big parties, I do enjoy having a friend over occasionally for some relaxed downtime. Since communication is key for me, I’d appreciate it if my new roommate would give me a heads-up if they’re expecting any guests. Clear communication makes sharing our space much easier and more enjoyable.
