About the room
The apartment is a 2B/2B around 1,250 sqft in size. The room has carpet, a bathroom, and a large walk-in closet. The kitchen is new all around and has an island. This area and the living room have wood-like floors. I’ll be moving out by the end of May and you can buy my twin bet, desk, chair, and other furniture at a price we agree upon, or else the room will be unfurnished. It is a new apartment building located just beside the tollway, it has a lot of amenities like grills, a pool, several indoor and outdoor social areas, meeting rooms, a printer, and a coffee machine you can use day or night at no extra cost. Parking is included. Rent is around $1,150 a month with everything included pretty much, you’ll be taking over my part of the lease and the security deposit was $1,057. The lease expires in February 2023.
About the roomies
I’m moving out as I’m finishing in May my master’s degree at SMU. My roommate graduated from university with a finance degree around a year ago and he works in the financial field for a large company, he has long workdays. We both do a lot of exercising and usually eat healthily. I’m 23 and he’s 24 years old. We’re looking for a male roommate student or around our age willing to take my part of the lease.
