Jordan Benson's room

three bedroom, 2 1/2 bathroom home located five minutes from the airport. very quiet neighborhood. I (the owner) occupy one room and my sister occupies the other. the room that i’m looking to rent is a good size, very small closet space. so you’ll more than likely have to use some of the room to store clothes, shoes etc.

i’m real easy to stay with. very respectable, accepting of one’s space and time. my sister who just moved with me a little over a month ago is also quiet and to herself. she is a RN and work overnights. i work 8:30-5 M-F from home. we respect each other’s schedule and keep the noise at minimum. same would apply for whomever moves in the third room.
