Tai's room

If you’ve emailed me thank you. I’m going through them in order. I will get back to you Close enough to DT Orlando to arrive at Lake Eola in just a few minutes by car but far enough away that you won’t deal with traffic, our 4/2 is perfect for city dwellers or suburbs lovers. The available room is the master bedroom in the house with its own bathroom. The room is furnished with an antique chest of drawers with doors atop that hide a flat-screen tv and a matching antique dresser with 8 drawers. A king-sized bed is also included. There are 2 regular-sized closets. This is a perfect situation for someone who just moved to town and needs a landing spot while they learn their way around the city.

I am the owner/landlord and there is one other roommate. We have been roommates for a few years now and are very familiar with each other. I volunteer at the library and he works full-time. I have a senior dog who mainly sleeps in my room and a cat who spends most of her days in the window seats looking outside longingly. I can’t accept someone with a dog b/c my dog is old and set in his only-dog ways.

I am home a lot but mainly keep to my room. We occasionally have people over but not often. This is a pretty quiet house. We mind our own business here. We don’t care if you smoke or (for the most part) what you smoke just please do it outside. Any other questions please ask.
