About the room
Room is funished with full bed, brand new foam mattress, two brand new night stands, small walk-in closet, mini fridge new fluffy carpet. Room size roughly 10.5 X 16 feet(with closet) 7 foot ceiling, newly replaced plastic window. Other rooms are to be shared with a family. Shared space:

- living room, -gym and others. Included in the rent:

- electricity,
- Wi-Fi internet,
- laundry
- waste pick up
- snow plowing
- some shed storage is available.
- plenty of room for parking.
About the roomies
You are sharing common space with father of two boys 8 and 4 years old. No animals are currently in the house. House located 20 mins from Windham, 30 min from Portland and about the same from Lewiston/Auburn, 10 mins away from Range Pond lake, walking distance to Sabbathday lake, located in town of New Gloucester. I am working, so certain days I will be at work normally early morning till late afternoon. My older son goes to school 5 times a week. Morning school bus would be requirement for some days, for other days it is just to be with kids for whenever they wake up until I come back from work.
(You could be working from home or after 4 pm or overnight shift and watching the kids in the morning until parent is home, or not work at all based on your situation)
If you choose to live with us I need to set up a meeting with you to get to know you and for you to get to know me and answer any questions we might have for each other. About the kids. Boys 4 and 8. Nothing extreme, no medical condition, just ordinary fun boys.
Singles- preferred Couples - considered Longterms only.
No rent or bills if this fits both our needs.
