We have an unfurnished private bedroom available on the second floor of a 4 bed, 3 bathroom house. The house is a 3-5 minute drive, 20-minute walk to the University of Hawaii at Manoa (slightly off University Ave.)

Looking for someone to fill a private bedroom for $1050 available for move in as soon as November 1

Minimum 6 months stay Utilities are included (except internet which is $17) Free onsite laundry

You would have your own bedroom and share a bathroom. Since the bathroom is shared, looking for someone who is willing to split cleaning tasks.

As per landlord’s request, individual must be quiet, clean, non-smoking, and respectful Unfortunately, the unit is not pet friendly :(

Would prefer someone female and looking for someone similar in age

Current roommate also willing to sell her full size bed frame & mattress for $50

We are 1 girl and 2 guys all in our early 20’s (23-25). We are all working professionals, very easygoing, friendly, clean, and mainly keep to ourselves since we work a lot but love meeting new people!
