Diana's room

Your room can be left furnished, if you would like. Otherwise we can remove all of the furniture. The apartment is fully furnished, but we can talk about adding your furniture to the mix.

My husband and I live in our 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment. Our daughter is moving away for college and we will have a room available.
We have 2 small dogs, which is the maximum allowed pets in our apartment, so you will not be allowed to have a pet of your own.
We travel periodically. If you would agree to watch the dogs while we are gone, we would take $20 off your rent for each day we were gone.
You must be added to the lease, so the landlord will need to approve you. Our lease is up on October 31st, 2022. If we get along well, we can sign another year’s lease together.
Your rent includes electricity, gas, internet, and cable.
