*Included in this room is a “croffice”, a good size closet that offers not only ample over head storage but also has built in shelves and a clothes bar, but that isn’t all … it has a small space perfect for a compact workspace with an outlet located inside the closet. easily tucks away behind double doors.

• This room comes with a shared bathroom and has been recently upgraded. Animal lover preferred, but currently Not excepting pets.
  Room comes semi furnished (bed frame with built in drawers and matching dresser). This is an old house with a rural setting and is has an open farmhouse/ ranch house aesthetic. We are friendly, respectful and considerate, looking for the same . Located: in Eucalyptus Hills
