Older home in Malvern Hills near The Asheville School, Goodwill, Family Dollar, Dollar store and Ingles. Well insulated home that’s cool in the summer and warn in the winter. Rooms are furnished or unfurnished as required. We are clean and respectful. 420 and good music are good. Students get a discount based on good grades.
