Hey there I’m looking for a roommate for a move in date of 12/4. I’m asking $950 per month with that including high speed internet and utilities. The bedroom is fairly large with double closets, its own full bathroom, and a storage space above the bathroom. In the warmer months I provide a window AC unit for use. Washer and dryer available, kitchen space with fridge and dishwasher is a common area as well. Parking is on the side street/guest parking. Please don’t hesitate to reach out with any questions.

I’m fairly quiet, I have 3 cats who are well behaved and stay in my room unless I’m home. I like to hang out in my room or living room when I’m not working. I also enjoy going out and window shopping. I’m very protective of my home. I’m looking for a quiet respectable roommate who appreciates a clean quiet space.
