Katia's room

I’m renting a spare room at the apartment I live in Malibu Canyon, Calabasas. The amenities are the best, especially the resort pool with palm trees around it. There are other pools in the complex, bbq area, fire pits and a great gym! 15min from Malibu, lots of hiking trails for those who like the adventure and exercise. Less than 10 min to The Commons Calabasas and 10min to Westlake Village where you can find different restaurants.

I’m an International Student looking for a roommate. I’m calm and friendly. I like to keep my place clean and organized. I also like exercising and stretching a lot. I like to bake but sometimes it’s hard to find time to do all the baking and then eating it all by myself, so I would love to share my bake goods with you! 😋
