Nice 3 bedroom house about half mile from university of Redlands. Home is furnished but rooms are not. I can help furshish them if needed. Female only because I have shared custody with my daughter that will be staying with me from time to time. Two bedrooms are available and those two guests will share a restroom. My room and restroom is completely on the far end of the home. The two rooms are very nice in size and have a lot of closet space. One of the two rooms is much larger and has a private entrance. I’m asking $1,500 for that one. Everything in the home is shared and free to use. Even garage or storage space if needed. I am a 35 year old male, working professional and very private. No loud noises or music, no parties and no overnight guests please. I am looking for a full time professional whether school or work. No pets, no smoking and no drinking alcohol in the house please.
