South Platinum Avenue

Newer 3 bed 2 bath home. Fenced yard close to hospital and schools. Two blocks away from local grocery store, sports bar and grille, hardware store and gym. I live alone and have two bedrooms to choose from. I am a clean and neat type of person. If you are not, my place is not for you. I am very easy going, have 3 grown children and two grandchildren which all live within miles of me.
