Hello! This is a bedroom available in a shared condo unit with 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms in the lovely, family-filled neighborhood of Pennsport. This listing is ONLY for the bedroom pictured. This room can be furnished with a full-sized bed, desk & chair, dresser, and table for an additional $25/month. The unit is newly renovated, cleaned, and ready for move-in. All bedrooms have their own private bathroom and closets. The shared living room is furnished and the kitchen has lots of cabinets and storage. New appliances, laundry in unit, and central AC. Monthly bills are electric and internet, which are split evenly among tenants and range from $65 - $110 per month per person. Because our 2 cats live here, we cannot accept more pets.

Zack and I (Emily) live in 1 of the rooms with our 2 social, chunky cats. I am an interior designer and Zack is an audio engineer at a recording studio. We are friendly and laid back individuals who usually work away from home during the day. The second bedroom is occupied by our wonderful tenant and her sweet dog, Carl.
