Im looking for someone to takeover my lease at The Verge! There’s a clubhouse that offered a 24/7 gym, pool, campfires, I get to see cows everyday on the way to my car! The place is fully furnished, private bathroom, rooms have personal locks, internet, pets allowed, walk-in closet, online rent payments (They’re individual leases, so if your roommate can’t pay their rent, it doesn’t affect you at all!), secure package delivery, first come-first serve parking, in-unit laundry. It’s got everything you’ll mostly need!

There are two other guys here at this 3 bed 3 bath apartment. They’re both students at CWU, one of them has a cat that keeps to herself, the guys are friendly and pretty easy to get along with too!
