Beautiful upgraded house in a very calm neighborhood in South Oxnard, near Oxnard College and only 10 minutes away from CSUCI. Easy access to the freeway.

The room offers wood like flooring, and spacious closet. You’ll have access to the kitchen and dishes as well. Feel free to relax in the living room or kitchen, just make sure to leave everything as found and more than anything clean after yourself.

Bathroom will be shared with ONE more roomate ONLY. We always make sure both roommates are clean and respectful.

Optional: If you desire to use washer and dryer there will be an additional $70 charge per month

The house has a total of 3 rooms and two bathrooms.

My fiance and I stay in the master bedroom with our own bathroom.

Our roomate Laura will be sharing the additional bathroom with one more roomate. She is super respectful, clean & quiet. Shes either at work or at the gym for the most part.

My fiance, Alex is gone most of the day and I work from home as a massage therapist. House is always at peace and very cozy :)

We are all very nice and friendly. We have two fur babies; Fifi & Rolex. Both are friendly, little teacup poodles and are well behaved and trained 🐾🐶 Fifi sleeps all day, while Rolex follows us around the house. You may pet them or not, completely up to you 😇

We hope for our future roomies to be clean, respectful and good at communicating with us about anything regarding the house. We are outgoing people, love our friends, family and of course our fur babies 🐶💕
