Large private room with walk-in closest in newer Arrowood community in Oceanside. Room has brand-new flooring and is nice and bright with lots of windows. Room is located right next to bathroom and includes upstairs laundry room. Very quiet with own little hallway down from upstairs loft. Bathroom is large with two sinks and shared with one other roommate who is very clean includes own sink and storage in bathroom. House is located just steps from the pool, close to beach, shopping and Camp Pendleton. Large house with lots of room. New backyard with outdoor entertainment area, deck and jacuzzi. Parking, wireless internet and utilities are included.

Atmosphere is happy, easy-going, hard-working professionals. The house has a large attached ADU to the house that my daughter and her fiancé live in with an attached door to main house downstair full bathroom. Plus, a separate entrance door. They are college graduates with great jobs, saving to get married and buy a house in two years. In the main house is 4 bedrooms and a large upstairs loft and laundry room. One of the additional rooms is being rented by a super sweet female professional. Everyone is super nice, respectful and busy. We like to spend time outdoors camping, hiking, going to the beach and avid pickle ball players. We also have a dog named Reggie, he’s a miniature Australian Shepherd mix.
