Private room with views in newer Arrowood community it Oceanside. Room has mirrored closet and located back in the house above garage and near upstairs laundry room. Very quiet with own little hallway. Steps from the pool, close to beach, shopping and Camp Pendleton. Large house with lots of room. New backyard with outdoor entertainment area, deck and jacuzzi. Atmosphere is easy-going, hard-working professionals. It’s myself, husband, daughter who just graduated from college and one other roommate who rents downstairs bedroom and bath. Everyone is super nice, respectful and busy. We like to spend time outdoors camping, hiking, going to the beach and recently pickle ball. We also have a dog named Reggie he’s a miniature Austraillian Shephard mix.
