Hey! We are trying to find someone to take over my roommates lease ASAP. It is for a 1 bed, shared bath in a 3x2 lasting until mid October. Rent is $871.33, not including utilities. It is a pretty nice complex that includes a pool and a gym with options for reserved parking. We have a really big balcony too! Roughly 2 miles from USF.
About the roomies
We are looking for someone fairly quiet, clean, and nice. I DO have a super sweet CAT that roams freely around the apartment so please keep that in mind. Current residents: 1 female (me) who you will be sharing a bathroom with. I try to stay busy with work and school. The other roommate is a male whose a med student so he stays pretty busy as well.
