The Apartment: The unit is on the left side of the building which faces the main street and stretches down the entire building in a flat-like style.

There is a separate dining room that blends into the kitchen, which features a window bar table. The kitchen features brand new appliances with an electric stove and plenty of storage & space for a pantry. The living room features plenty of natural sunlight and is spacious for lounging and guests. The long hallway follows us to the bedrooms, office, and bathroom. The bathroom includes plenty of storage for toiletries and towels. Across is the first bedroom, then down the hall on the left, is the second bedroom which faces towards Cabot St, this bedroom has two large windows. Next to this room is the communal office, which also faces Cabot St.

The dining room, kitchen, living room, and office are all communal spaces. There is also a small shared outdoor patio balcony that can be used during the summertime. The laundry is off-site, but two buildings down from the public laundry mat.

The Location: The apartment is located at 278 Cabot St. and right across the street from the City Diner. This unit is on Cabot St which features, Atomic, Wrapture, Little Italy, Soma, Indo, … Basically, have all the amenities of living in a city without having to worry about parking on campus or a big commute. Walking distance to the Train station, and an easy drive to the highways.
