Located just inside perimeter in Decatur/Panthersville. Just a couple minutes off of I20 & 285. Big yard. Quiet household. Looking for people around same age. Dogs are iffy as one roommate already has a large even-tempered Akita dog living in the common area room. Large room is roughly 9x15 feet, smaller bedroom is 10x7 feet roughly.

Current situation for this small room is perfect for any movie industry people that need to downsize or adjust their living expenditures during the strikes.

One of the few hard “no’s” I have about here is smoking inside. The smell spreads through the entire house so that’s one of the rules I try to set here, please don’t smoke inside.
