South 8th Street

The extra room is in the lower level of the apartment. It is insulated and nice. There’s a decently sized walk in closet. As for extra nice things about the apartment, we have a dishwasher and a laundry machine and dryer in the upstairs level. We also have a balcony which is lovely in the summer and spring.

I am 21 years old and on medical leave from school. I work 2 jobs and am busy with work most days. On days off I like to read, enjoy nature, draw, and occasionally go to concerts and have nights out. I smoke weed medicinally and our landlord is chill about it thankfully. I have one other roomie right now who will be leaving in June to move away, so in that time I will need someone to move in to help me afford rent. I would love to take this opportunity to be friends with whoever moves in and spend time together considering we will live together :).
