Pam and Jims' Home's room

My wife Pam and I have a great new home in Lakewood that has three bedrooms on the lower walk-out level for three single women to live together. One large bedroom with a private bathroom is available as of October 1st for $969. This includes internet, utilities, heat and air-conditioning. As shown in one picture the available bedroom is reached by walking through a security gate and then across a fenced patio to a private entrance. The lower level also contains a shared living/dining room area, and a spacious new kitchen/washer-dryer area. No pets are allowed. The location is close to mountain parks for great hiking, including one trail about 50 yards from the home, The location also has easy access to highways connecting to Denver, Golden, and Littleton. Pam and I live in the upper level of the home, with privacy between the two home levels, but !also with a small community spirit!

My wife Pam and I are active Christian seniors and live in the separate upper level of the home. There are two women students at Colorado Christian University in the two occupied bedrooms.
