Market Street

This is a refurbished living room, not an actual room. I have installed a giant curtain that separates the room from the rest of the living room but it isn’t soundproof. Fortunately, the other roommates are very quiet and respectful of that fact. It’s in the heart of Downtown Riverside, with plenty of bars/restaurants/shopping areas to visit and explore. Also conveniently located between RCC and UCR. Located on the 2nd floor of the complex, has a balcony. The complex has a key fob for entrance in and out of the building, it’s a secure complex. Only 6 months left on the lease (ends in November). Parking is available in the side streets or for $50 extra/mo as there is a parking garage .available.

Roommate 1 is 19, a current film major at RCC. He mainly plays video games & drums in his free time. Is very quiet and doesn’t talk much outside of his room or online w/ his friends. Roommate 2 is 21, working in a warehouse full-time. Isn’t home often, but is very respectful about chore duties and communicative when people come over/stop by. Also very much into drumming. Both have asked that I find someone in their age range or also going to college.
