Roommate to share perfect share situation…

Seeking a mature, respectful roommate (one person, please). My house has two distinct wings. My master is on one side of GR/DR/Kit/Den, your wing is on the other, and it’s quite comfy, cozy, private (I lived on that side for 2.5 years since I bought it), with a separate door to the entire wing. Plus, your wing has its own thermostat and heating/cooling system, so set it where you are comfortable.

My last roommate was great (platonic female who treated the house as her own). I don’t care about your gender/race/etc., as long as you’re dependable and respectful (and I promise to be, also).

Quiet, centrally located in a great spot, with a beautiful golf course view and westerly mountains, and no problem if you work from home–you’ll have plenty of room and high-speed internet and ALL utilities included (as long as you don’t abuse them).

It’s a unique situation. I’m not home much, either. Seeking long term tenant. Asking $1,750, but may be negotiable if you want to water, clean, etc. This house would easily rent for $3,500 mo. and you’ll have more than 1/2 of it and be there alone much of the time.
